HistoryThe Adi Shakti Kundalini Yoga Center of Boulder was started in April 2012, in response to a need in the Boulder community for a place for Kundalini Yoga to have a home. It was started by a group of Kundalini Yoga teachers and students, spearheaded by Rachel Zelaya. It quickly grew to encompass other forms of yoga, as well as conscious nightlife, and healing events. Several local artisans and craftspeople also gravitated to the friendly, uplifted energy of the organization, and so there are local and hand-made products, including art, jewelry, clothing, and body products.SpecialtiesWe are a community-based center devoted to sharing the healing and empowering technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. The Center holds space for events that deepen our reverence for the Earth, that bring us together as a community which is raising its consciousness, and that empower the Divine Feminine in us all.
