History

I started my practice in March of 2016. I realized that athletes would be a great focus because there were many clients in need of this specific work and it is my specialty. I work with those who CrossFit, Olympic weight lifters, running and cyclist groups in the area. Any athlete on any level can benefit from my work. I have learned and experienced how massage can help improve one's athletic capabilities. Massage can help keep them healthy and their muscles strong. My passion only grows to help others and I am truly thrilled whenever I receive positive feedback from those who believe my work has helped them with an event, race or overall performance in general.

Specialties

I am a licensed massage therapist. I have been practicing full time since 2009. I specialize in preventative maintenance, recovery, pain relief and wellness. The majority of my clientele are athletes on many different levels. I have found my niche when it comes to helping athletes but my work is not limited to any category. I use sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish, Cupping and myofascial technique to work out whatever ailment is presented to me. Goal oriented work.
