History

NTense Fitness was started in 2009 training other staff members from my Elementary school. Soon after we started word of mouth got around and parents became interested. NTense Fitness then moved to a 1,000 square foot gym. After about 2 years we moved to a 2,000 square foot facility. We have finally moved into a 3,000 square foot facility and have been at this location for around 1 1/2 years.

Specialties

Great group training and also team training. Focus on many different elements of fitness from endurance to strength and flexibility. Amazing climate and atmosphere.

Such an awesome gym! I was sad that I couldn't make it to my gym in Denver anymore now that we leave down south in the burbs. My friend introduced me to Keith and his awesome crew at 'NTENSE....
