Yampa Valley Electric Association is a consumer-owned cooperative serving northwest Colorado and a portion of Carbon County, Wyo. This coverage area includes the communities of Steamboat Springs, Craig, Hayden and Yampa, Colo., and Baggs, Wyo. The co-op is a member of the Touchstone Energy Cooperative.
