Distillery & Speakeasy Tasting Room Our micro distillery is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains where we get our pristine alpine water from. We use small hand-crafted American made copper stills. Only the finest American & European oak casks are used to age our premium craft spirits.

Disappointing. Came for a distillery tour, which, as you'd guess, is scheduled, but alas, the owner does not care if you have an appointment or paid $25 for a tour lasting 15 whole minutes....

Had a wonderful time at a private tasting and tour at the noco distillery. Bartender/host was knowledgeable and friendly. Great quality spirits. I highly recommend a stop if you are traveling...

There are some amazing cocktails. My partner loved the rye. The place itself is so cute and definitely has a speakeasy vibe. The staff was very friendly. Will be coming back!
