New Saigon Bakery & Deli is a family-owned establishment in Denver, Colorado, dedicated to serving authentic, homemade Vietnamese cuisine. Specializing in Banh Mi sandwiches, Vietnamese sweets, and street food, the bakery brings a taste of Vietnam to the local community.
Founded by Thai Nguyen and Ha Pham, who were refugees from Vietnam, the business started with New Saigon Restaurant in 1987, quickly becoming one of Denver's premier Vietnamese dining spots. In 2012, the bakery and deli opened under the management of Thai and Ha's daughters and son-in-laws, continuing the family legacy of sharing Vietnamese culture through food.
