The Napa in Monte needs customer service training. A couple of the counter guys could use a lesson in how to speak to people and how to order the correct parts.
The NAPA store always has whatever I need and their cpunter guys are the best. They are easily the most knowledgeable guys on town. Thanks for your great customer service.
