Bradford broke his back in 2013 due to undiagnosed scoliosis and poor lifting technique. This directed his passion and desire to become pain free and get back to his active lifestyle. In 2017, Bradford created Myotactics Wellness in hopes to help educate his community on the benefits of therapeutic massage. He quickly found that movement reeducation was the missing link between health, wellness, and pain relief. Let his experience help guide you to living a pain-free existence.
