Be warned!! I would not know how well they process because when I brought an Elk in they charged me to process and I asked them to ship. Normally shipping costs is around $500 to Florida by air....

I received far less meat back then any elk I have processed myself. I only got 10 blackstrap steaks and should have got 35 or more. I believe I should've received another 70 to 100 pounds of meat...
