Drove up from Taos (via Dallas) to checkout this course. I had high hopes this could be my next go-to-course. Boy was I wrong. Wish I played a day after they mowed cause it was SUPER long.

A real gem in the San Luis Valley! Nice little golf course that I didn't even know existed until I was driving through Monte Vista one summer.

Sweet little nine-hole. Mainly just a straight, flat track, but with a few twists. What makes it most enjoyable is the maintenance. Nice fairways, easily played "down," and small, smooth greens...
