History

Monk and a Pup was created to be a uniquely refreshing dog adventure and in-home care service. Focusing on ideals such as reliability, dedication, compassion, and convenience, we sought to create services that would benefit the pups of the community as well as their humans. Engagement, enrichment and exercise for animals of all ages is vital, and it's what Monk and a Pup does best! Whether your pup is joining us on the trails for a pack hike, chummin' it with their buds at the dog park, or taking an evening stroll around the neighborhood because you got stuck at work on short notice, it is our mission to be there for your best friend and provide them with the same care, love, and attention you would be doling out yourself!

Monk and a Pup is a dog hiking, dog walking, and in-home care service created by a dog dad for all of the dogs and their humans living in the Fort Collins, CO community. We offer energy burning hikes, available in one-on-one or pack sessions, outings to dog parks, daily walks and drop-in visits, and even overnight and vacation care! With no additional fees for medication administration or special needs care, a free and easy to use app-based scheduling system, and perks like package discount rates, MaaP is here to ensure that your pup (or pups!) have everything they need to be happy, healthy, and living their best lives.
