History

I began working as a cosmetologist in the late 90's. After years of training with other like minded people I added on several different licenses & certifications including massage. Still my clients all seemed to have similar issues. They were tired, depressed, and Ill from accidents that were 20 + yrs old. I continued to study the brain and learned the brain body connection to physical pain. Through this training I have become a mind body specialist. Once I understood the nervous system, I became fascinated with teaching others to be in control of it. I combine several modalities including cranioscacral therapy & emotional processing techniques to give you the best experience possible.
