Moi Bella Artistry began as an independent contracting business in New York, NY, specializing in makeup artistry and eyelash applications. In 2012, Moi Bella Artistry relocated to Salon Luxe, a upcoming beauty salon in the Old Historic neighborhood of Florissant, MO. Upon becoming a licensed cosmetologist, Moi Bella Artistry owner, Courtney Harmon, added hairstyling, including hair extensions, to the service menu to give clients a variety of beauty enhancing options.
