Youd be hard-pressed to find a cooler neighborhood than Observatory Park in Denver. Its adjacent to the University of Denver and just a hop and a skip to downtown (the University Station Light Rail is right there), the Tech Center, and Colorado Boulevard corridor. Right in the middle of all this awesomeness is Modera Observatory Park studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartment homes that are a true study in modern living.

Great place when you're living there, but BEWARE when you try and move out - they are CROOKS: extra charges, they DO NOT return phone calls. We are now getting an attorney involved to resolve issues.
