Milkroll Creamery was inspired to bring rolled ice cream to Denver. We are locally owned and operated.

Specialties

Milkroll Creamery specialized in Thai-style rolled ice cream. We start with a house made liquid ice cream base, which is poured over a cold plate. Then we add a mix-in of your choice to mix and smash into your ice cream. This concoction is then rolled into rolls of ice cream. Top it with toppings, drizzles, and whipped cream!
