I was treated at the other location - but this is where the front desk staff is who book appointments. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! I spent $1K + travel expenses to be thrown into 10...

These people are thieves. In short ,I fronted $80.00 for a Colorado Medical Card and because of their ineptitude it was never mentioned I needed a Colorado drivers license to complete the process....
