A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dentistry, he completed his surgical training at Wilford Hall Medical Center and has served as a chief surgeon at several U.S. Air Force bases, treating trauma cases and leading surgical teams. Dr. Hayes specializes in dental implants, jaw surgery, wisdom tooth removal, and facial reconstruction. He is passionate about improving patient safety and reducing opioid use in surgical care. Known for his calm demeanor and precision, Dr. Hayes is committed to helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and fully informed at every step of their treatment journey.

Dr. Elbert Choi is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing patients with expert, compassionate care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University and completed advanced surgical training at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. With experience across a wide range of oral surgery procedures, Dr. Choi takes pride in helping patients restore their health and confidence through safe, personalized treatment. Known for his calm and thoughtful approach, he strives to make each visit comfortable and reassuring.
