20% of tongue and groove etc we bought was worthless and unusable. Tried to get it rectified and guy on the phone was a total jerk and basically said F Off... spent $10,000 and they treated me...

Great place. They many things in bulk quantities but will often open packages to sell you the number of things you need - so don't worry if you only need five out of package of 50.
