Large restaurant that is great for busy times in Vail. They generally will take walk-ins on a wait. Equally fun in the summer or winter.

Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Vail is located in the Solaris Plaza in the heart of Vail Village. Our dining room is open from 5pm nightly. Takeout available nightly from 5-9:30pm.
