Being at peace within ourselves and having positive relationships with others is at the core of our hearts and lives; it's what we crave and desire...Yet so often, we can become off-balanced, fearful, hurt, angry, confused, sad, and withdrawn. We detach from our loved ones and sometimes are a willing participant in our own self-destructive behaviors. This is what I saw daily; at work and in my own personal life. Many of us don't understand that our emotional health and well-being play a part in every aspect of our lives! From our personal relationships, to our work environment, to our future goals - stress changes everything...SpecialtiesI provide mental health services for individuals; children; marriage and couples counseling; and therapy for adolescent and troubled teens. I work to understand and prevent suicide, cyberbullying, sibling rivalry and self harming behaviors. I offer therapy to include many diagnosis from mood disorders, childhood trauma, and personality disorders. I help with increasing positive parenting skills through family counseling, and understanding your children. I work extensively with trauma related issues and concerns such as those who have experienced domestic abuse, mental, emotional, and physical abuse.
