They send you items that aren't on your supply list. And don't send the actual items that are on your supply list, every single month! And they argue, yell at you and call you a liar if you call....

Just got yelled at when I tried to order supplies because the representative refused to tell me how much I'd be charged unless I "booked the order." This company is incompetent and unprofessional.

Do not do business with this company. They call you constantly to reorder supplies and I was told my supplies would be $70. I just got a bill for $460!!!
