Friendly service got in and out fairly quickly. Despite the iPhone being released yesterday- we were out pretty quickly. I'd say it's commend making an appointment there before hand if possible....

Completely ignored, no one asked if I needed help. Thought it was obvious. The most useless and overrated Apple Store. Don't go.. find a geek somewhere
