My goal as a personal trainer is to help you learn to put YOURSELF first and be the best physically fit YOU possible!! Through proper technique and a variety of exercises based on your initial assessment, I'll build a routine to help you gain muscle strength and functional movements, better flexibility, increase cardiovascular endurance, lose fat, and grow a stronger core. Workouts can include - body weight exercises, boot camp style drills, cardio conditioning, kick boxing, weights, resistance bands, barre etc... Nutrition assistance also available.
