As the Sponsor of our company 401k account being held by LT Trust I have been progressively disappointed. Overall they provide almost no valuable service. They seem to be chronically understaffed....

If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT under any circumstances use this company for your small business 401K. There is almost no customer service, your emails are responded to at the minimum...

You cannot reach them. They list multiple phone numbers when you google them but you can never get through. They handle our companies 401K account and they are way too hard to reach.
