History
Shudokan Karate is rooted in strong karate fundamentals. We believe that doing excellent karate starts with a strong foundation in stances, basic punches and kicks, and self discipline.
Specialties
Shudokan Karate has been offering traditional Japanese Wado-Kai karate in Longmont for more than 30 years. Sensei Tanabe is a 6th degree black belt, with more than 30 years experience teaching children and adults at all levels of karate skill.

This is by far the best Karate facility in Northern CO. Sensei Tanabe and his senpai staff are excellent with both kids and adults.

Our 13 yr old son has been going here BECAUSE of Sensei Tanabe for almost 6 years now and we LOVE IT! He's great with kids. He has helped our son understand the meaning of discipline and focus....
