They take all your information and tell you that the pet is yours, but then give it to someone else! It is all about procedure there. They have no hearts. Stop lying to people just so you do...

Poor communication over the phone and in person. Nor a friendly staff. The staff tends to lounge around in certain areas and just "hangout" instead of attending the needs of animals or customers.
