Lobo's Tacos & Tequila

History

Lobo's Tacos & Tequila was brought to life in 2018. We are a family owned business, operated by Michael and Tony. We wanted Lobo's to be unique, and something that the Pueblo community has never seen. What better way to accomplish this then Taco's and Tequila! After finding the location, which is on the campus of CSU Pueblo across from the Thunderbowl football stadium, we began construction. After nearly 9 months of construction, we were able to open for business in December of 2018. We hope the Pueblo community appreciates a different approach to Mexican food, and continues to support and share our family owned restaurant with friends and family. Thank you!

Specialties

At Lobo's, you will experience a menu unlike any around. Our menu items are made with fresh ingredients, including the world famous Pueblo Chili, and many other fresh ingredients which we buy locally. We pride ourselves on being unique. You can chose from a variety of taco's, burritos, bowls and salads that consist of steak, chicken, pork, shrimp, fish, vegan and vegetarian options. Our salsa and sauce options top it off perfectly. We also have a variety of specialty drinks, my personal favorite being an Old Fashion made from Maestro Dobel Anejo Tequila. We also offer a variety of Margaritas that are amongst the top favorites for many.
