It started off really good, then I was rudely hung up on by Kat. For this reason, we will not continue to pursue a rental from them. Kat, whoever you are, your rude as hell .

This Apartment management are so unprofessional, put an application in and when I called to ask about the status on it they hanged up on me and now they won't pick up my calls.

The white lady is so rude and unprofessional, they have all types of excuses so they don't help you, but as soon as you're missing something they get on you for it, it's been the worst here, way...
