Very unorganized operation. They lost my order three times, causing me to spend my time starting the process from scratch each phone call. On delivery day they never called and did not deliver....

Terrible, did not even setup the oxygen machine for my 86 year old mother. Just dropped it off. Have called for over a month and can't get a response. I am filing a medicare case against them....
