Lifetrack Counseling

I provide career counseling, workshop facilitation, and one-on-one interview preparation. I help clients discover their strengths and interests. I use a variety of assessments and discussion to assist clients in identifying their next career. Once a career path is clear, I support clients in designing their interview approach, salary negotiations, and networking strategy. For nearly 20 years I have facilitated workshops and networking groups with 1,000's of clients covering 100's of topics. On-going networking groups I have facilitated are: N.E.W. Connection, Experienced Workers Job Club, Boomers Job Club, and Strategic Job Club. Workshop topics presented include: Career Guidance, Career Exploration, Academic Success, Video Interviewing, Writing Effective Resumes, Enhancing Your Cover Letters, and Soothing Your Interview Jitters. When employers must reduce their workforce, I meet with those effected employees to launch an effective job search. Outplacement services I offer include resume mark ups, cover letter review, career transition counseling, and interview practice.
