They tell you you are pre approved, then you find a home. O wait your not pre approved, you cant afford a home. Called another reliable company and we are now approved with no games.

Do not under any circumstances use this company. First they apparently can't get things right. I have a legal name and they misspelled it. When I pointed it out, they continued to misspell it....
