James Ford, MD, believes in patient-centered medicine. He strives to partner with his patients and help them take an active role in their health by making good decisions about their care. His goal is to empower patients regarding health and wellness. Trained in family medicine, Dr. Ford treats a broad variety of acute illnesses such as minor injuries, rashes and respiratory infections and he also helps manage chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease and COPD.After earning his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Dr. Ford completed his residency in family medicine at NH Dartmouth in Concord, New Hampshire. Dr. Ford is board-certified in in Family Medicine.When not serving patients, Dr. Ford enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking and snowboarding with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys live theater and plays the guitar.

Rebecca Smiley Blackwell, MD, strives to maximize the health of all patients and families through compassionate care and meaningful relationships. She partners with her patients and their families to educate them on treatments options so that together, they can create an individualized care plan to help them achieve optimal health. Dr. Blackwell is a board-certified pediatrician and treats children from birth through college-age.Dr. Blackwell attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine where she earned both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctor of Medicine degree. At Keesler United States Air Force Medical Center, she completed her internship and residency in pediatrics and at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Dr. Blackwell obtained her Master of Business Administration.When she is not in the office, you can find Dr. Blackwell outdoors hiking, running and skiing. She also enjoys yoga, reading, and cooking. However, her favorite thing to do is spend time her family and dear friends.

Dr. Colby Jolley is board-certified in family medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree at Concordia University in Irvine, California. Dr. Jolley earned her medical degree in Pomona, California at Western University of Health Sciences and completed her family medicine residency in Tempe, Arizona at Tempe St. Lukes Hospital.When it comes to treating her patients, Dr. Jolley focuses on illness prevention as the key to healthy living. She approaches her patients by respecting their feelings and opinions. Dr. Jolley enjoys the full spectrum of family medicine, including the management of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, and cancer survivorship. She also has an interest in skin lesion evaluation and biopsies, joint and trigger point injections, fracture management and wound care.
