History

Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium is family owned and operated by Kelly and Lori Hiatt. Kelly and Lori have 3 grown children and eight grandchildren. In November 2006, Kelly and Lori had to euthanize and cremate their six-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Jesse. Through this experience they had the desire to help others through the difficult process of losing a beloved pet. They moved from Utah and joined Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium in 2007 and in 2009 became the sole operators. Kelly and Lori along with their children, have owned and loved animals their entire lives. They are devoted to their pets. In July 2014 they lost their rescued ShihTzu Zen to liver disease and now have a new rescued MinPin/Chi mix from Denkai Animal Sanctuary who accompanies them to work every day. They feel it is a privilege and honor to help families during their time of need.
