Small family operated business which opened as a Tortilla Factory making corn and flour tortillas daily. Opened the bakery to serve fresh traditional Mexican Pastries. A couple years ago added a small restaurant called Taqueria Express. Serving the best Mexican food in fort Collins. From tacos, burritos and tortas, to the best tamales and menudo.
