La Fiesta is a third generation family owned Mexican restaurant founded in 1964. For nearly 60 years our family has proudly served the Denver Metro area our own interpretation of only-in-Colorado Mexican fare and are considered by many to be a Denver institution. Our menu features our award winning and world famous green chile and chile rellenos.
