History

Nick Turner and Troy Schuh founded La-De-Da in 1997 and grew the theatre school for many years as they wrote original plays and musicals with their students. In 2017 La-De-Da was sold to Heather Ostberg Johnson and Dulcie Willis along with the entire La-De-Da library of original scripts and scores. The school has kept the same spirit and core values but has grown to increase their classes and offerings for adults, toddlers, and homeschoolers, in addition, the core after-school and summer programming. La-De-Da now has many additional workshop and programming for assemblies and corporate offices alike.

Specialties

At La-De-Da, our mission is to cultivate betterment through the performing arts. We are a theatre training school for all ages and all levels. We offer classes, camps, and performances in various disciplines year-round for preschoolers to adults. We believe the life lessons gained through the performing arts serve us on our journey to being collaborative, communicative, creative, empowered, empathetic, and passionate students of life.
