King Realty did a great job managing my rental. Drake in the office is very organized and helpful and was on top of things when the dryer broke, in fact even fixed it himself.

I would not recommend this company. When we moved into the rental we sent pictures of crumbs all in the kitchen and under the bed (it was disgusting) and dust in the unit . We sent complaints...

Fails to pay for services rendered. Do not do business with them if you want to get what you are promised.
