I would give them a rating of 0! I bought a CD in January of 2024 and instead of giving me the correct interest, they had put the 10,000 in a simple savings account so I got that interest instead...

Cherry Creek location is crap! Just like all of the other reviews here they does not care about there clients. Rather than assisting me with an online banking issue that they failed to explain...

I wish you could put no stars!! This bank is dishonest and does not care about there clients!! They will quote interest rates and when you sign the paperwork they will give you some crappy reason...

They sent me a letter saying they reviewed my account and are closing it! I've never been overdrawn or had any issues. Called my branch they couldn't say anything other than I'm a risk?
