Ever since this place merged with Kedplasma, this place is horrible. The pay has changed, your waiting longer, they don't call you in order, I was done before other people on the kiosk before...

I have never donated blood before... but was greeted by a very courteous young lady and the process was very easy. Knowing you can help and make a difference also makes you feel good afterwards.
