The Kauffman House Museum, operated by the Grand Lake Area Historical Society, is a historic log hotel in Grand Lake, Colorado. Built in 1892, it is the only remaining log hotel from the pre-1900 era in the area. The museum showcases the history of the Grand Lake community and offers changing exhibits in its gallery.

The Kauffman House Museum is a delightful experience!! Our docent was a delight!! I'm sorry I don't remember her name but this is a well maintained and very interesting museum!! Must see!!
