This is actually for the Brighton location. They put the hood of our car on wrong! They sent me a bill one month after it was paid!!!

If I could apply negative stars, they wouldn't provide enough stars. Kaizen acquired Mahnke, who installed faulty headlamp. Kaizen has passed us to 6-8 different people to get the job resolved....
