The past 2 summers we have visited Durango/Silverton and both times we ended up at K & C Traders. We always find a nice piece of jewelry to bring home to Arizona with us. The owner is very helpful...

Came here under recommendation for jewelry for holiday gifts and they were closed for the day! Crazy to close when you have tourist daily on the train. At least be open during those several hours.

What friendly and knowledgeable owners. The owners of the Astoria Mining and Jewelry section own their own mine and do the mining themselves. Beautiful unique pieces!
