The team here is wonderful. They have all been nice, kind, and helpful...especially when I have no clue what I'm doing. Brandon and Lizzy and the older lady that cuts the fabric get an A+ in my book!!

Made a return of an item that was over $100. Never took it out of the box. Asked for the balance to go back on my debit card, and they refused. Insisted on giving me a Joann gift card. Shame on...

I love to shop JoAnns for my sewing needs. Good variety and helpful, friendly staff make every visit a pleasure. A bonus is their sales
