Their sub bread is 10x better than subway. And so is their meat. I often crave Jimmy John's, and it is my go-to sub place. They do scoop out the sub bread to make more room for the filling, but...

We had a big order and Tiffany was so sweet and helpful. Made our experience great! She was so attentive. We had customized some sandwiches and everything was right.

The employee (the one preparing the food) left a vape pen just sitting in the counter. Where they were making the food. So gross, and incredibly unsanitary.

alot of reviews say this place is slow and out of stock for many items. The date of those reviews were during the height of the covid pandemic, but now I believe that they have somewhat recovered....
