I put in a mobile order and spent 20 of my 30 min lunch break waiting. It never showed so I waited in line and showed them I was charged via Apple Pay and had my order number with a screen shot....

Would leave zero stars if I could. I order ahead online every-time, on average it takes them 45 minutes to make my order. Very poorly store.

Always understaffed. Usually run out of food. Over crowded because 2 dozen people end up waiting because they're so slow and bad. They mark orders as complete in the app, presumably to meet...

They're as fast and efficient as they can be with the extremely high volume they have. Good tasting sammies. I value the fact that they stay kind even in the angry, stressful world of the UCHealth...
