I requested an oil change on my vehicle, they were the last place to change my oil. They mentioned that my oil filter housing canister was seized, and that I NEEDED to replace my whole oil unit....

Oil change, tire rotation. Oil change fine. Broke a lug cap no offer of replacement. Could not get lug loose. Manager citing they are provided cheap tools. Lug was originally only torqued by hand....

Took my brand new 2019 jeep to get a oil change. You'd think for 100$ they would screw my oil filter back on tight. 2 days later i leaked almost half it out in my garage and had to spend 50 more$...
