Jeremy Vollmer, DO-Family Medicine

Jeremy Vollmer, DO, partners with his patients to create individualized care plans based on ones own goals for well-being. He is passionate about preventive medicine and enjoys that primary care provides the opportunity for providers to establish relationships with their patients to help them meet their health goals as they face new challenges. Dr. Vollmer treats a variety of acute and chronic conditions and has special interest in geriatric and sports medicine.Dr. Vollmer received his undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and earned his medical degree from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. He received a certification in integrative medicine from the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine program and completed his residency from St. Anthony North Family Residency in Westminster, Colorado.Dr. Vollmer enjoys playing sports of all kind and he and his wife love spending time outdoors with their dog.
