David A. Beuther, MD, is a pulmonologist at National Jewish Health. Dr. Beuther is in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. Clinical Interests Asthma, COPD, and complex chronic airways disorders. Research Interests Current research focuses on integration of information systems to improve care delivery, and to enhance the speed and efficiency of clinical trial recruitment. Past research focused on the epidemiology and mechanisms underlying the association between obesity and asthma.

Banner Health Clinic, specializing in palliative medicine in Greeley and Northern Colorado, focuses on providing patients with relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness, whatever the diagnosis. Conveniently located throughout Northern Colorado, the palliative care teams work closely with the patient, family members, and other healthcare providers. Our services include controlling pain and other symptoms, helping to make medical decisions that match the patient’s wishes, hopes, and goals, coordinating referrals as needed, and assisting with the planning of future care and treatment. Palliative care is appropriate at any age and at any stage of an illness and can be provided along with treatments that are meant to cure.
