Busy lives, creating lists, we have patterns of living our lives in the future. One list after another, some become the false measurement of who we are. Yoga provides a practice of being in the present moment. Structuring our lives around being present helps with building tools that we practice finding and knowing what is valuable to us. Really, yoga helps us create deeper connection to ourselves , our loved ones, and the world.
