I.C. Brewhouse opened Summer of 2021 in Castle Rock, Colorado. They've totally changed their menu - none of the good stuff that is shown in the photos. It's now no different that a regular chili's or Applebee's.

Popped in with my daughter and our dog. It was awesome! Burgers were super yummy, drinks were top notch and loved that my puppy had a menu to choose from as well!! Plan to come back a lot!
